Where do I find the assessment and plan form?
The assessment and plan form can be found by clicking on the A&P button in the bottom left of the screen.
Can I save assessments and plans before submitting finished work?
By clicking the “Save Draft” button, your work will be saved. You can navigate to other pages or even other patients and your work will be saved. Once you submit your finalized assessment and plan, it will no longer be accessible.
Where do I Include my additional testing interpretation?
After ordering additional testing during your examination, please be sure to include your interpretations in the A&P. Use the check boxes by each additional testing option to select and display the designated space for your interpretations of testing results.
I am having trouble submitting my A&P.
There are three required fields that must be completed before the A&P can be submitted. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk *.
USING THE PATIENT DIALOG
How do I open and minimize the patient dialog window?
To open the dialog window, click on the blue “chat” icon in the bottom right of your screen. This will open dialog window. To minimize the dialog, click on the down arrow in the top right of the dialog box. Word of caution, the minimize button is just to the right of the “trash” icon. By pressing the “trash” icon all messages and dialog will be lost.
How do I access the examination menu?
When you wish to perform specific components of the examination, you will need to “open” the examination menu. In order to access the examination menu, just type “evaluate” in the dialog window. This will present the examination menu options.
Can I view the images in a larger window?
Yes, you can and this is often very useful and encouraged. By right clicking on the image of interest, you can select the option to open in a new window or tab. Either work just fine.
What if I would like to ask the patient more questions?
To continue the patient dialog, you have to “Go Back” out of the examination menu. To do this, select the “Go Back” button option to get back to the examination menu. Once at the examination menu, you can select the option of “Ask another question”.
The examination menu does not seem to be working.
The dialog box only operates with the most recently returned menu options. Nothing will happen by clicking on past menu options further up in the dialog. If you need to re-enter the examination menu, just type “evaluate” into the chat.
Can I clear the dialog window?
Yes, you can clear the messages in the dialog window. To do this, you just need to click on the “trash” icon in the top right corner of the dialog window. Be advised that this will clear ALL messages and images within the dialog.
